Lisa Åberg spent 27 years at McKinsey & Company, where she was a Senior Partner advising industrial players and climate tech scale-ups on their green transition. Lisa’s consulting work focused on helping businesses craft and execute decarbonisation strategies, guiding both large industrial incumbents and emerging clean-tech ventures in reshaping their operations for a low-carbon future.

In her advisory role, Lisa counsels us on strategy, growth, and sustainability leadership. She brings invaluable expertise in aligning business growth with climate impact, ensuring that Paebbl’s scale-up plans are both ambitious and resilient.

Frédéric Ljung is a pioneer in low-carbon building materials and co-founder of Australe Concrete, a company known for its innovative decorative concrete solutions with a minimal carbon footprint. With hands-on experience in developing cement alternatives and introducing sustainable concrete products to market, Frédéric has demonstrated how to combine materials innovation with real-world practicality in the construction industry.

As an advisor to Paebbl, Frédéric provides expert guidance on sustainable building materials, product development, and industry adoption. He is helping ensure that Paebbl’s carbon-storing mineral products are fine-tuned for use in concrete and construction, meeting industry standards and customer needs.

Vincent Touati-Tomas is a marketing advisor who specialises in growing companies into category-defining brands. Vincent has over 15 years of experience in tech marketing and has advised hundreds of companies on their branding, positioning and go-to-market strategies, through various roles in leading asset managers including daphni and more recently global VC Northzone.
